BIAERO PTE LTD

BIAero, LLC has now opened its branch office BIAero, PTE in Singapore, located at the Regional Airport Complex in JTC Aviation Two on West Camp Road. The JTC location will be a full service distribution point for PW100, PW150 and APU APs 3200 for the Airbus A320. Contacts are currently through the USAA office in Warren, NJ while staffing the facility in Singapore.

Founded in 2004, BIAero's principal business is the purchasing and reselling of turbo-prop and turbo fan engine components, engines and associated LRU's and airframe parts.

Headquartered in Warren, New Jersey, we specialize in the regional and narrow body commercial aircraft, with pronounced focus on the engine platforms: PW100, PW150, PW200, APS3200, LM6000 and CF34-10.

BIAero's customers include aircraft operators, maintenance, repair, and overhaul facilities and other distributors throughout the world. We enable customers to reduce their engine maintenance costs by providing FAA approved engines and engine parts on a timely basis and at competitive prices.

The aircraft spare parts redistribution market is highly fragmented, with a limited number of large, well-capitalized companies selling a broad range of aircraft spare parts, and numerous smaller competitor servicing niche markets. We believe that BIAero’s core strengths are a diverse product offering, superior management information systems, and financial strength.

BIAero, or Block Island Aero, was named after Block Island, RI. Named by The Nature Conservancy as one of the “Last Great Places” in the Western Hemisphere, the Delia’s hold a great affection for this small island and have worked many years protecting its natural beauty.

BIAero’s foundation is rooted in Michael and Maggie Delia’s first entrepreneurial endeavor, Space Age Aviation, Inc. Following the deregulation of the aviation industry in 1978, Space Age Aviation pioneered and grew the aftermarket segment of the regional aircraft industry and developed strong, long-lasting supplier and customer relationships along with superior product knowledge. The success of Space Age Aviation resulted in the company being acquired in 1999 by Pratt & Whitney Canada which contributed to the creation of Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions. This acquisition is evidence of Space Age Aviation’s prominence in the aviation industry.

In 2004, Maggie and Michael Delia established BIAero to re-enter the aviation industry with a fresh perspective. BIAero is grounded in Space Age Aviation’s preceding standards for an impeccable supply chain.
