Founded in 2004, BIAero buys, sells and disassembles turbine engines and components for operators, MROs and lessors worldwide.
Our history
Founded in 2004. Built on 25 years in the aftermarket before that.
Michael and Maggie Delia entered the industry after the 1978 deregulation of US aviation, founding Space Age Aviation. Over the next two decades it became a trusted name in regional aircraft engine and component support, and was acquired in 1999 by Pratt & Whitney Canada, then part of United Technologies.
In 2004 the Delias returned with BIAero, bringing the same standards for quality and traceability. Headquartered in Warren, New Jersey, we trade turboprop, turbofan and aeroderivative engines and components for operators, MROs and lessors worldwide.
